Backup a site collection from http to https will it make any differences

I have developed a site collection inside my development environment where SharePoint runs under http . now I want to back up the site collection from my development environment (http) and restore it to my UAT environment which have SharePoint runs under https. So do I have to perform any special preparation to back up an http site collection and restore it to an https ?
