This is a problem I can't seem to solve. I have succesfully imported all user profiles from AD. Now after the import, I wanted users to be able to change and update AD with their Work Phone, Mobile Phone and Home Phone. I went into UPS administration and Manage user properties. I deleted the import mappings on Work phone and created and export mapping for work phone. I then created an export mapping on mobile phone and home phone. Here's the weird part, it always groups the mappings together under one field and then all fields in AD get that one value.
For example:
I map mobile phone to mobile
I map home phone to home phone.
I then go back and check and home phone is mapped to mobile instead of home phone. When I edit home phone and check the mappings, there's two mapping entries; one mapping exporting to mobile and one exporting to home phone. One mobile field, I
edit that one and it has two also, one exporting to mobile and one exporting to home phone. If I delete the bad mapping, it deletes the mapping from the corresponding field as well. I'm stuck with only being able to export one field to AD.
