Problem with Sharepoint 2013 Workflows

Hi, I've got a problem with List-Workflows in Sharepoint 2013. Those are workflows from 2010, I don't have 2013 workflows yet.

They are working perfect when started on create or edit item. I just can't start them manual, even if the option is set in sharepoint designer.

When I go to "Items" -> "Workflows" in the Ribbon of the Sharepoint site i get this error:
