Hi, can someone please advise if the following link is current with RTM of SP2013?

I have two WFE servers running the incoming mail service, with SMTP configured on each. Mail is getting to both drop folders on each of the servers, however, only one of these is being lifted and processed.
The link above was very useful and states that I should only be using one server for incoming mail. Is this information still up-to-date, and also, is there a way to enable this to work with 2 servers for HA purposes?
