In the original installation, no host header was given. Localhost was used. Then, we changed the URLs for the web application and added alternate mappings for https. Links seem to work everywhere except for the top global heading (Newsfeed, Skydrive, Sites, etc.). They still point to the servername and port not to the host name.
Where can I change these links? Is there a setting in Central Admin or on the site or do I have to change the MasterPage?
