All Files Showing as Checked out to Me - And they are Not

I have recently created various new libraries and transferred files into them.

I have now looked at them and every single file in each Library is shown as checked out to me.  Now I do work hard but it would take me months to open every single file in my libraries.

I want to make sure that all files are checked in so I can then roll out to other users (via Sky Drive Pro) - so any thoughts?
