Incorrect SQL server instance name somewhere but can't find where. Causing errors.

Hi,

I am using Critical Path Training's PowerShell scripts to build a new SP 2013 Farm. They reference 'WINGTIPSERVER' as their SQL DB Server for all the SQL server instances in their scripts. I replaced these with the name for my own SQL server but obviously I have missed one out somewhere before running a script to build or configure a service/application as I am getting the following errors and it mentions WINGTIPSERVER (which doesn't exist):

Event viewer:

Unknown SQL Exception 53 occurred. Additional error information from SQL Server is included below.

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

ULS log:

I have no idea where to look to correct the SQL instance name. Which service or application is wrongly configured here? Can anyone please help?

Thanks
