I'm trying to create the Hello World app using the Metro style in Visual Studio 2012 RC and I get this error.
System.UnauthorizedAccessException
Error 5: Access is denied : 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETCore\v4.5\Microsoft.CSharp.dll'
I tried uninstalling and re-installing Visual Studio 2012 RC and I still get this message when I try to reload the designer. I'm using Widows 8 Release Preview.
