Bug: Moving a new User Property

Hi

In Central Admin I have added a new User Property in the User Profile Service | Manage User Properties page which was placed at the bottom of the list. I have used the arrow buttons to move it up about 10 places but now it won't go up any further and the property is stuck midway up in the Newsfeed Seetings section. Has anyone else seen (and fixed) this bug?
