SharePoint 2013 App Management Service SSL Cert

Hello,

I've searched for this on MSDN but I'm not finding a straight answer:

I have the app management service for SharePoint 2013 configured and running, but I want it to use SSL. Following best practice, it sits in a different domain than the SharePoint Web App.

My question is, how do I configure the app service to use SSL cert? Do I do this at the IIS server? I guess I don't understand how the IIS server associates the cert with the SharePoint App Management Service...
