Hi everybody!
I have a MOSS 2007 installed on single server in farm mode. I wanna to upgrade it to sharepoint server 2013. I decide to use database attach upgrade. So install sharepoint 2010 in a separate server and then attach old database to new farm. And repeat this for upgrade from SHP 2010 to SHP 2013.
My problem is that I am not the admin of old farm, and I don’t know what setting old administrator do in this farm, so I’m afraid to lost some settings in my new farm.
My first question is that is there any way (for example a command) to list all farm settings in a view??
If no how can I do a complete and successful upgrade that deserve all old farm settings???
And I wanna to know databases that detach from old farm, attach to new farm without any additional work???
