Upgrading to claims authentication MigrateUsers no mapping between account names and security ids was done

Hello there. I am running through the following, upgrading my 2010 databases to claims based authentication for 2013 upgrade, and receive an error i cannot deal with it seems. I am on step 4 of the following page:

All other steps work fine. I have tried using the domain administrator login as well as an account called "sharepointapp" which also has permissions on the database and runs alot of the sharepoint services.
