We've recently installed a 2013 SP environment alongside our existing 2010 one. 2013 has also now been setup with the User Personalization service and is synching happily with AD. Unfortunately our staff photos did not get imported into the new SP2013 setup and so I am manually having to add them to each staff member's page. This is fine except for those people who have never tried to access their own mysite (I'm guessing). If I access a site for one of these users and try and Edit their Profile, I get a 'Sorry, something went wrong' error. Does anyone know how to create the mysite for each individual without me having to ask them to do it themselves?
