Trying to set permissions to that anyone with the URL can see the content

I'm just getting started with SharePoint and am trying to set up a page that anyone can see without logging in; just like a plain ol' web page. Here is the URL: https://datascopic.sharepoint.com/CStewart

Currently the URL takes people to a generic Office 365 login page

What am I missing in making this visible?

I am using SharePoint Online Package 2.
