Sharepoint 2013, Office 2013, Skydrive

I am evaluating all the 2013 microsoft sharepoint, office products. which now seem to be tightly integrated into skydrive.

We want to use office 2013, exchange 2013, sharepoint 2013 internally without any cloud links. 

does skydrive mean users can sync to the cloud? can i disable all the skydrive features, but still maintain the integration internally? 

i have been reading that disabling this all can be difficult/impossible if you want to use office with sharepoint.
