Access rights to new Sharepoint Site

I have noticed that by default a Company Admin can access sharepoint sites.  Is there a way to disable this?  We have 3 companies that run under the same Office 365 account and we do not want other two companies to view our SharePoint sites unless we give them access.

Please help.
