Hi Everyone,
We have a small testing machine for SP environment. We have set up SP 2013 and SQL 2012 on this machine. At the beginning, we didn't set up the AD and has no domain, we only use one admin account to set up everything. Later, we have add domain and AD, and we have a new admin that needs to replace old admin.
I click the Central Admin and check all the services settings. I have changed a couple of settngs such as BDC service, Search service and Managed Metadata Service, and click the properties to change the Application Pool manage account to the new one, I have added the new account under these services properties Permisssion and Administrators. I checked the services on server, the Managed Metadata web service was started,do I need to restart? I also restart the IIS Admin service. But the problem is I still see the error message "The Managed Metadata Service or Connection is currently not avaiable. The application pool or Managed Metadata Web Service may not have been started." under Term Store Management Tool.
Any suggestions?
