Failed to secure the SharePoint resource. Sharepoint 2013

1. Install W2K12

2. Joint to Domain

3. Install IIS, .NET...

4. Install SQL 2012

5. Install SQL 2012 SP1

6. Install Prerequisites for SharePoint 2013

7. Install SharePoint 2013

8. Config SharePoint 2013 and get an error in step 3 (Create Database).

When I login in SQL I still get Sharepoint_config and Sharepoint_admin database created
