Active Active SQL Cluster For SharePoint?

Hi,

For SharePoint - Are there any known limitations for Active-Active SQL Cluster?

1)Are there any Microsoft Recommendations on wether to use Active-Active or Active-Passive SQL Cluster for SharePoint backend.

2) In Active Active Mode for a two node SQL cluster - is it possible to put few sharePoint databases on one node and rest on second?
