In my SP2013 environment (with the March CU applied) all of the "created" and "modified" timestamps look like they are not being output in the correct timezone.
All servers have the correct region and language set at the OS level. In central administration, the web application is also correct as is the SharePoint site itself.
Where else can I look to see why the correct date and time are not being displayed?
