Import-SPMetadataWebServicePartitionData - Invalid Column Name 'TermSetId'

I am trying to import Managed Metadata (exported from SharePoint 2010) into SharePoint 2013. My command is as below:

Import-SPMetadataWebServicePartitionData -Identity $mmsApp -ServiceProxy $mmsproxy -Path D:\MMS_Backup\MMS.bak -OverwriteExisting;

But when I run this script, I get an error "Invalid column name 'TermSetId'.". I am not getting the source of this error. No amount of googling is helping me.

Is there any other method to import managed metadata into SharePoint 2013? Has the process changed?
