I just migrated and upgraded a Managed Metadata service application database to SP 2013 following the TechNet post herehttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj839719.aspx
However after the migration, I cannot access the MMS SA via central administration. I am getting the below error.
The Managed Metadata Service or Connection is currently not available. The Application Pool or Managed Metadata Web Service
may not have been started. Please Contact your Administrator
The SA app pool is running and I have checked all the permissions at the SA level and nothing.
Has anyone seen this in SharePoint 2013?
