We have upgraded our SharePoint 2010 installation and moved to SP2013 and SQL 2012, and the sites have all come across OK. Hurray :-)
However our PerformancePoint charts and web parts are proving more of a problem than the entire migration.
Following instructions a number of threads we have now been back and installed the PowerPivot tools on the SharePoint 2013 server, and run the configuration tool.
However, still no joy, and not much support information to help us.
Has anyone come across this error / or have any suggestions we can try?

Config info: SP2013 Enterprise server running on Windows 2013, connecting to SQL server 2012. Web application was created as Claims, but has since been updated.
