Deploying to Customer

Hi,

i have been doing the development in my sharepoint server and now i need to install the solution to my customer. I need to know the process to do it. meanwhile i also need to make sure that the infopath cannot be customized by the customer and also the workflows cannot be changed by them. is there a way to do it?
