Hi
I am unable to create variation hierarchies for a sharepoint 2013 english(Us) site to any other language. I have installed language packs like French, hindi, chinses, german and have also sucessfully run the configuration wizard after every installation. I am able to create sites based on these languages on the create site collection section but unable to translate them using the variation option.

... still this error is comming. Please help me.
This is the error. The variations create hierarchies job failed with the following error message: unknown failure when creating a variationj of the site "http:sitename:port/en-us in label fr-fr"
