Issue in executing test-spcontentdatabase power shell command

Hi There,
I have backed up the Sharepoint 2010 Content DB and I was in a process Migrate to Sharepoint 2013
Content DB. I have created a web application and I was in a process to test the compatibility of 
the Content DB using the Test-SPContentDatabase.I run into Issues as below.
PS C:\> test-spcontentdatabase -name WSS_Content_xyz-webapplication http://SharePointServer/Test-SPContentDatabase:Cannot find an SPWebApplicationobjectwithName,Id,orUrl: http://SharePointServer/.
