Hi,
Sharepoint 2013 with OWA 2013.
A word document in a library, trying to open it, it gets forever on "Word Web App" Progress bar, and finally says "Sorry, Work Web App can't open this document because the service is busy. Please Try Again Later"
If I click on the ... of the document item on the list and select "Edit", The document opens perfectly.
I read that the difference within this two actions is something with the cache.
The same happens with Powerpoint files but this do not happens with Excel files. Excel files works perfectly.
ULS logs don't say much:
