Migrate SharePoint on-prem farm to AWS and do hybrid with SPO (SharePoint online)

I request all of you if you can share any design document or white papers to migrate SharePoint 2013 or 2016 onprem farm to AWS (Amazon Web Services) and do the hybrid connection with SharePoint online(SPO).
