Distributed Cache stuck on "Error Starting" SharePoint 2013

Hi, I have 1 App and 2 WFE servers in SharePoint 2013 SP1 farm. And I want enable distributed cache service and on one WFE server when I ran "Add-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance" but in central admin it stuck on "Error Starting". I even ran "Remove-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance" but getting "cacheHostInfo is null".

Please guide me how to resolve this issue.
