Error "+ File, interop.shdocvw.dll, has a different computed hash than specified in manifest."

My user is getting the above error when trying to run a report from SharePoint 2013 on a SQL 2014 server.

We have tried to run all the patches we could find (On the client, server, and SQL), including CU9 for sharepoint, they all seem to have no effect.

I have read this forum 3 times, and none seems to help
