I want to configure IRM with SharePoint 2013. A RMS server (windows server 2008 R2) is created and when I try to add the url in central admin - information rights management screen, it throws following error.
The required Active Directory Rights Management Service Client (MSIPC.DLL) is present but could not be configured properly. IRM will not work until the client is configured properly
Tried some solutions found on internet e.g. give proper rights to servercertification.asmx file etc. but couldn't get rid of the error. Please help.
