Incoming Emails assigned to "System account" instead of Active directory user

Hello,

we have a painful issue regaring incoming mails on different libraries and lists on several Websites:

Incoming mails within our Organisation are received but treated like external ones, meaning that "System account" is referenced as creator of the item. The Problem is new with SP2013, in SP2010 we had similar lists which perform as expected.

The Problem is even worse, as all our Workflows  SP2010 (migrated) and SP2013 (newly created) do not work properly. The workflow is cancelled with following message:

"RequestorId": eec214bc-bf33-78b7-4228-6d9976d20b37. Details: System.ApplicationException: HTTP 401 {"Transfer-Encoding":["chunked"],"X-SharePointHealthScore":["0"],"SPRequestGuid":["eec214bc-bf33-78b7-4228-6d9976d20b37"],"request-id":["eec214bc-bf33-78b7-4228-6d9976d20b37"],"X-FRAME-OPTIONS":["SAMEORIGIN"],"MicrosoftSharePointTeamServices":["15.0.0.4420"],"X-Content-Type-Options":["nosniff"],"X-MS-InvokeApp":["1; RequireReadOnly"],"Cache-Control":["max-age=0, private"],"Date":["Mon, 08 Apr 2013 13:08:24 GMT"],"Server":["Microsoft-IIS\/8.0"],"WWW-Authenticate":["NTLM"],"X-AspNet-Version":["4.0.30319"],"X-Powered-By":["ASP.NET"]} Der HTTP-Antwortinhalt konnte nicht gelesen werden. "Error while copying content to a stream.". bei Microsoft.Activities.Hosting.Runtime.Subroutine.SubroutineChild.Execute(CodeActivityContext context) bei System.Activities.CodeActivity.InternalExecute(ActivityInstance instance, ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager bookmarkManager) bei System.Activities.Runtime.ActivityExecutor.ExecuteActivityWorkItem.ExecuteBody(ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager bookmarkManager, Location resultLocation)

What we figured out so far:

- User Profile Service is running and synchronizing in both direction

- All Services (C2WTS, Forefront Synchronisation, ....) are up and running

We did a clean install and only mounted Content databases. Same result.

The only error we managed to trace is in ULS loggin:
