I need to do a study on oracle vs sql server in an integration and data storage perspective. I have to do a comparison between these two. This is to come up with the better solution to be added to our organisation based on several factors two of then are data storage and Integration perspective of both the systems.
What I meant is the limits of data storage and the ability to integrate with 3rd party systems between these two databases. we have systems such as SharePoint and Microsoft dynamics and oracle HRMS. Having multiple vendor cause problems, and are conserved about how to move forward. What kind of corrective measures we needed to take to avoid future integration issues and a comparison between these two systems.
What are the api's, connectors usered to connect both systems with different applications or databases etc.
Any info or reference is much appreciated.
