We have encountered a problem with our SharePoint 2013 environment, I have installed, configured and migrate SharePoint 2013 successfully, our SharePoint farm admin was accidently delete by our AD admin :(,
we created a user with same name and then add that new user in Services, SQL and Application Pool identity.
now SharePoint is working but we still facing some issue, when we are trying to create a new Web Application following are the error is occurred
