I'm trying to create a library for all documents and images that our users create. I've created a document library and that works fine for standard office documents, but I'd also like to be able to upload entire folders of images that can be viewed as thumbnails as well. I know I could create a Asset Library and put them there, but the hope was to have all resources in one structured document library.
Under the library settings for the document library I've added image as a content type and have created a new view to show thumbnail but it just shows a blank file icon. I'm guessing I'm missing something here, but sadly am fairly new to SharePoint so any suggestions anyone has would be very welcome.
