Upgrading sp 2010 to sp 2013 using database attach method. attached the database to web application. site collection working fine in sp 2010 mode. but when trying to upgrade from site setting>site collection upgrade. its just showing Waiting to upgrade. nothing progress is showing. what could be problem? am i right way to upgrade sp 2010 to sp 2013.
