How to add user's automatically to users information list in SharePoint 2013 without manual work.

Hi All,

I am facing an issue on my SharePoint 2013 production server.

When I add user to Active Directory after one day the user will be synchronized with SharePoint 2013 Environment , so that we can grant him permission.

Because I have set time interval of one day for Synchronization timer job.

But unfortunately the user is not appearing in "Users Information List" in SharePoint .

I have to manually assign him permission in SharePoint site then only he will start appearing in Users information list.

But I want this user to be added in users information List automatically after synchronization without manually adding permission to him.

Can this be achievable automatically . 

Any help would be more that welcome.
