My Site news feed, one drive and site are not working in SharePoint server 2013

I followed the steps that creates My sites, 

  • Created a new web app
  • Created a site collection at the root using the My Site Host template
  • Created a Managed Path for my site web app. The path is personal, and the type is Wildcard Inclusion.
  • In User Profile Service Application, set My Site Host location to http://mySiteHost, and Personal Site Location to personal.
  • Enable Self-Service Site Creation for the web app

when i open my site, and click to news feed,  the page stay still and go no where, viewing the following message.

"While we set things up, feel free to change your photo, adjust your personal settings, and fill in information about yourself.
It could take us a while, but once we're done, here's what you'll get:
Newsfeed is your social hub where you'll see updates from the people, documents, sites, and tags you're following, with quick access to the apps you've added.
OneDrive for Business is your personal hard drive in the cloud, the place you can store, share, and sync your work files.

Sites gives you easy access to the places you'll want to go."

my question is, how to solve this issue and get my site work properly?
