Hi there,
I am trying to add a service account as a Site Collection Administrator but I am getting the error "The specified user "" cannot be found". I've tried adding via the GUI and also using Powershell. I've also tried adding as just a user in the site permissions but the same issue. The user is definitely in AD and is enabled. This is a brand new site collection.
Below, I can add to the top level site successfully but when I try to add to this site collection below it, this error comes up (see below). I also ran for another (already established) site collection below and worked okay
