We are facing issue related to Term Store In our UAT environment In a particular web application. For rest web application its working fine. Do any one know how this issue can be resolved or have faced this issue before.
Also we are not facing this issue in any other environment. every thing is working fine there.
Please note we are able to load the term store from central admin. but when trying to load it from site collection we are not able to load it.
Below are the R&D done for resolving this issue but still we are facing the issue.
1. Checked for meta data service is selected or not in Configure service application associations In central admin for this web application. but every thing was found ok.
2. Compare web.config file with other environment web.config for same web application but every thing is same.
3. Backup and restore the site from a uat environment to dev environment and tried to load the term store for that application. And it was loading in dev environment. but its not loading in uat environment.
4. Restarted all uat servers but still the issue persists.
