missing site templates while migrating from sharepoint 2010 to 2013

Hi team,

I have mounted SP 2010 content database to 2013 web application and started health health check up. I got missing templates issue. not able to upgrade to 2013. Also copied 15 hive 1033-XML and site templates files to 14 hive folder in 2013 server. But still I am getting same issue.

Can anyone please help me on this?
