Which services to run on wfe v app servers

Hi, I am looking for some help on what services I can disable safely on the wfe servers in a 3 tier farm. Normally in 2010 I'd leave only the web application role and possibly mail and workflow roles on the WFE as well as whatever search components. 

With the new service apps in 2013 I'm unsure if I need to keep any services running on all boxes such as Distributed Cache, App Management Service, Request Management, Search Host Controller?

If there is a recommended list of what services to use on WFE/APP that would be useful.
