SSRS DBS Showing Database is in compatibility range and upgrade is recommended

We have a server in our farm that is dedicated to serving SSRS reports. SSRS is installed in SharePoint integrated mode. The SP1 was added to the DB (SQL 2012) a couple of months back. Afterwards our 3 SSRS databases were showing " Database is in compatibility range and upgrade is recommended".

I ran PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures. I reran the health rule and it disappeared. A few days later it showed up again. I reran psconfig and reran the  health analyzer rule and it disappeared again however this time I checked the database upgrade status page and there it still shows the "Database is in compatibility range and upgrade is recommended" message. This evening I reran this command, first on the SSRS App server, then on the app server that hosts CA (Previously I ran it on this one first) and finally on the WFE. This message still persists on the upgrade status page.

I have a hunch that the reason is this:

Our SharePoint 2013 Databases are Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (SP3-GDR) (KB3194721) - 11.0.6248.0 (X64)
 Enterprise Edition: Core-based Licensing (64-bit) on Windows NT 6.3 <X64> (Build 9600: ) (Hypervisor)

Our SSRS Database running on the Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (SP1) (KB3182545) - 13.0.4001.0 (X64) Standard Edition (64-bit) on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 6.3 <x64>(Build 9600: ) (Hypervisor)

Love them all...regardless. - Buddha
