Thumbs file created on SharePoint while copying from one location

Hi all,

I am copying files found a network drive and paste to SharePoint 2013 Foundation via Open With Explorer. After the files are copied to SharePoint, thumbs file is showing. But on the network drive, there is no thumbs file. Is there any solution so that thumbs file do not get stored on SharePoint?
