I installed SharePoint 2010 foundations and Office Web Apps 2010 to use with Lync 2013. After installation, configuring the Office application services and activating the Site features I try to use the cmdlt new-officewebappsfarm with the URL's and certificate names, but PS says the cmdlet is not recognized. I did find flooded 5586 errors that look like they might be SQL errors, but that looks to be a user permision error (farm service was configured as a local admin account, I have since made it a network service account). All the SharePoint services are running.
I am sure I am missing something simple.......but I cannot seem to see it.
I am running out of ideas.
