Publish SharePoint Online Content to NON Microsoft environment

Hello :)

I am looking for the best option available to publish the SharePoint Online documents to the public domain environments as HTML files.

At the moment I am considering the Records Management's - "Send to Connection" feature but not sure how to do the POST with HTML files as JSON objects.

Any help will be appreciated.
