Yeah, I could Remove-SPWebApplication, just wanted to raise this in case it's an issue with 2016.
Created a new farm, created a new application. Now I want to delete it, selected Delete Web Application, yes to Delete content databases, yes to Delete IIS web sites, click Delete button repeatedly, nothing happens.
Has anyone else seen this? Haven't checked ULS yet.
