Upload dialogue box; where to edit?

I recently took over adminstration of a SharePoint 2010 site in our organization.  The previous administrator has somehow made a customized upload dialogue box, and it's really annoying.  For one thing, it's generic to the entire site, no matter what library you upload to; that is, instead of the upload box showing the fields/columns in the library you're in, it always shows the same ones no matter where you are.  I cannot for the life of me figure out where to go to find this, and change it. I looked under site settings/site content types, and see a few custom content types he added, but they don't seem to match 100% to the upload box, nor do they respond to any sort of editing (like hiding a column or changing the column order).

Anyone know how to change this stuff?  If so, please let me know!

Thanks,

Mike
