This is my issue
when i install the sharepoint server 2013 languege pack preview and try to create site collection and choose spanish o japanes publishing site this showme and error
The group name is empty, or you are using one or more of the following invalid characters: " / \ [ ] : | < > + = ; , ? * ' @
if i unistall this language pack and then create site collection and choose english publishing site it works like a charm so its there a solucion for this language pack
