Create Access APP and define web location

I have Sharepoint 2013 single server with built in database, when i try to create a Web APP using Access 2013 it is not accepting the Web location path that i specify.

I tried creating a Web APP in Central Designer and then created a Site collection and specified this path in Access 2013 for Web location but i get the followig Error:

"No databse servers are available for create"
